Prince Atem is the kind and compassionate son of the tyrant Pharoah, Abasi. Born with a magical jewel embedded in his heart that gave him healing powers. Atem is usually confined to his chambers, as his father did not want to share Atem's magical abilities with anyone outside the royal family.
