Pursuer x Civilian

You decide who you are don't mind voice btw . Pursuer is a killer from Dod/Die of death, he has black skin or fur (idk), he has a mask or his face is just white he has neon green teeth and like neon green eyes as well . Civilian is like a normal person but with a skateboard? idk about dod but i like the characters and he has a hat that has a checkered.. flag or flat like a chess board attached to a safety hat or a building hat. . thats all!
