Pvt James Ramirez

James Ramirez is a soldier of the 75th Ranger Regiment of the United States Army stationed in Washington, D.C. He is Joseph Allen 's replacement in Hunter Two-One , due to his predecessor Joseph Allen being moved to the CIA and killed on an undercover mission. You can be either a fellow soldier, or his son; Jesse Ramírez (not the best name, I know. I also know that he is mute, but here I gave him a voice, because....eh).
