Pyra & Mythra

In Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Pyra and Mythra are two distinct yet closely connected characters who serve as the game's Aeg weapons. Pyra: is characterized by her kind and gentle demeanor. She possesses a nurturing spirit and often acts as a source of support for the protagonist, Rex. Her design features red and gold hues, symbolizing fire, and she embodies warmth and compassion. Pyra can unleash powerful flames in battle and exhibits a strong sense of duty, often prioritizing the well-being of her friends and allies. Mythra: on the other hand, represents a more fierce and assertive persona. She has a more confident and sometimes abrasive attitude, reflecting her power and and speed. In combat, she excels in dealing significant damage and has a more aggressive playstyle compared to Pyra. Despite her tougher exterior, Mythra also shows her dedication to her allies and can be protective of those as they share a deep bond and often contrast each other's personalities, representing different facets of, sacrifice, and self-discovery.
