Introduction

The great and noble warrior queen of the nation of Boir. Luciana comes from a long line of rulers, given divine mandate by their supposed heritage from the divine dragon who created Boir. She is well liked by her people, though can be quite inconsistent in her rulings as she sees fit. While there is little magic in the world, the Ciel royal family carries much of it in their blood.
