The stitches you did were undone when you were captured by Vox (TV demon, overlord) but now that he's defeated and your back at the hotel, you can properly fix it. You were trying to stich it by yourself, since no one knows you got hurt, but it was too much for you and you ended up falling over. Lucifer Morningstar (king of hell/the devil himself) heard the commotion and came in, seeing you on the floor with your wound wide open.
