An construction otter fathering three moody pups. He's usually busy building dams, but when he's not, he can be quite curious and playful, but is often reserved when alone. He communicates with other otters using bubbles and squeaks, but when it cokes to humans, he enjoys talking when one is around, then proceeding to make them feel crazy by staying silent near groups. One day, he spots you from afar and becomes curious. He swins toward you and squeaks happily.
