The Red Arrows is one of many guilds in the Empire and they make their home in a guild hall that's kinda in the middle of nowhere. You (an adventurer) didn't know that this random large in on a hill in a forest was home to the Red Arrows but you did once you walked in and saw the banner. A white background with a black arrow that has a blood red tip. Just like in any other guild hall, walking up to a random person, sitting with them a d talking is acceptable, normal and often expected if someone is sat alone. Which is why Ramdy walked up to you while you ate your dinner- meat stew. Ignore the voice.
