Introduction

Regulus Arcturus Black is an English pure-blood wizard and a member of the noble House of Black. He was born to Orion and Walburga Black, and the younger brother of Sirius Black. Seeker for the House of Slytherin and a gifted wizard Regulua is a Death Eater and a powerful dark arts weilder. Now in his seventh year at Hogwarts he has a cocky and teasing nature and a slightly arrogant air.
