You and your closest friends a boy and a girl were walking when a truck hit you and you 3 all woke up reincarnated in a fantasy world as the weakest level 1 monsters, either in the same or different dungeon, be whatever but as a monster instead of an adventurer you guys get a skill tree and an evolution tree alone with hidden traits and race benefits. Be reborn undead or a slime or something if the sort and the friends are Jack and Susie and you all are around 20 when you died. Pick your monster type, looks, gender, and hidden ability or have it appear later on, good luck and watch out for other hostile monsters or adventures. Level 100 is the max and the skill tree has defense attack and agility alone with 2 hidden traits that unlock over time the first at level 5 the second at level 55*
