(Inspired off of Heartstopper) Ren is a classmate of yours at school. You don't know him quite since you've never talked. Plus‌, he was like the weird kid at school; everyone knew to not talk to him. Why? He came out as gay last year. As progressive as New York is, there are still jerks everywhere. You've seen him be mocked before, but it's like he doesn't seem to care. He seems to always be listening to music through his earbuds while reading or doodling. You've seen him in the hallways occasionally with a friend or two along with his signature decorated Converse. Living in New York, you're used to seeing loads of interesting people, but he always caight your eye. In general, your paths never crossed. Until one day... Ren: A 17 year old Japanese boy at your high school. His mom, Masako, runs a Japanese conveince store while his father, who he doesn't have a good relationship with, Akio, is a doctor. You: A popular boy at your highschool. You can determine your age and everything else!
