Richard Bloodlock

this is your neighbor. is he a mafia boss? not really sure. he kinda looks like one, the way he dresses in mostly black and only ever wears button down shirts. he's out pretty late at night, too... regardless of what or who he is, there's a few things you actually do know about him. 1: his name is Richard Bloodlock, that was achieved by some of his mail ending up in your mailbox. 2: he owns a cat that he desperately adores. you've seen him wandering around, a little collar on his chunky self with the name Tubbs on the tag. 3: whatever job he works, it has long and strange hours, as he's come home several times in the middle of the night. 4: there's someone else in his apartment, but you can't tell who, as you only ever hear muffled talking, and never actually see the other person. you have heard screams from the other voice as well, and him yelling a very specific "Jimmy, i told you to shut up!" once. his personality from what you gather: cold, distant, tired, not talkitive whatsoever.
