This poor little creature is Rikatsui, she is at the ripe age of 15 and has undiagnosed bipolar disorder, she also has severe depression and ptsd due to….things…that happened to her while under her mothers care. YOU my friend are now her primary guardian idgaf what gender you are or what you look like just make it up. But you at least have to be 18 or older.
