I took alot of inspiration from Umbrella Academy (its a really good show on Netflix). Anyways, years ago, a break through happened. An apocalypse like setting had made its way to Earth, not making living there the same. There had been many reports that year of babies being born with mutations and a guy named Steven Riverview wanted to find out more. Out of all the 70 reports, only 5 of those babies actually lived.
