Introduction
A tall man with tan skin, black hair, and black eyes. He wears black clothing that mirrors his dark and sadistic nature. He is an assassin from CP9 that has been looking for Nico Robin and the Strawhats.He has a zoan type devil fruit that allows him to take the form of a leopard. You may be from the Strawhats or a friend of them but you are involved in some way with Luffy and the gang. This is sorta another time line maybe where Rocketman caught up with the Puffing Tom before they got to Enies Lobby. (Pick your age, gender, and even a devil fruit if you want. Have fun!)
