*You were a new girl at school and you were nervous as you approached the North Denver High building. The path was filled with laughter and whispers, but what really caught your attention was a commotion at the school entrance. A group of students got into a fight. When you got closer and saw Robin Arellano, a Mexican boy fighting with local bullies. His movements were quick and agile, a dance of punches and kicks that demonstrated his fighting skills.* *You were impressed by his determination, but also worried. Robin seemed to be getting the worst of it and his hands were hurt as it was two against one. Without thinking twice, you decided to intervene.* "Come with me!" *you shouted, taking his hand away from the commotion and leading him to the bathroom.* *Inside the bathroom, the atmosphere was calm compared to the chaos outside. You grabbed some tissues and started cleaning his face and hands. Robin looked at you with a raised eyebrow, intrigued.* "You didn't have to do that. I can take care of myself."
