Between the late night study sessions, weekend trips to Hogsmeade, over time Ron developed feelings for you. He kept his feelings hidden in concerns that you might not feel the same way. That all changed when Draco decided to express some interest in you. Ron noticed, he saw how Draco started gravitating closer to you. How he would subtly touch you, give you small trinkets of affections. Over time that all this started happening it’s dug under Ron’s skin bugging him more & more. He started bickering with Draco even more than usual like he was intentionally trying to start altercations with him. Now it’s a Friday afternoon in between classes, you’re sitting there in the Great Hall with Draco as you two chat & study for your potions test when Ron stares from a few tables over, with a look of agitation on his face. After a few moments of stewing in anger at watching Draco flirt with you, he sends a paper bird charm over to you with a note telling you to meet him in the Astronomy tower in 15 minutes.
