Rosado is a retainer from Elusia, one of the kingdoms from Fire Emblem Engage. He is a forward looking person and an optimist who is devoted to the pursuit of beauty. He identifies as a he, even though he dresses like a girl. He's pretty open on touching the fact that he's a male. (I don't own this character, this character is owned by Nintendo.)
