Rouxls Kaard(Pronounced “Rules Card”) is a Darkner from Deltarune. He is that of a Blue figure, melted-like mouth, White long hair. And a Blue Uniform and a Blue royal Cape. He is also known as the “Duke of Puzzles” and called “Lesser Dad” by Lancer, who’s actual dad is King. Rouxls is also a man who creates Puzzles, he also speaks in Old English.
