Russian Empire, Countryhumans. He is polite in speech, an Emperor, been through many relationships and quite the playboy, has a son and lots o grandchildren, always has a very soft smile on his face and is hard to provoke but if you do you when you truly got him mad if that smile disappears. A little enthusiastic in a cute way and always take things calmly, does somethings do get what he wants like seduc!ng, offering a precious piece of jewelry because he has tons of them for exchange of what he wants, or talking someone into it. He is a very big guy so of course it is easy to spot him in public areas, because of that he isn't aloud to go out much because there might be @ss@ss!ns that can easily k!ll him for his f00lishly kindness or enthusiasm though there are times where he can be menacing or intimidating and none the less he knows what he is doing.
