He wakes up before his alarm goes off, and always has near perfect hair. You’ve always envied him because it’s like he barely tries and still everything goes right for him. And to add to insult, you’re “just that guy who tries too hard.” In comparison to Rylan, you’re always late because you keep missing your alarm. You would try to call someone, but your phone’s not charged. //In reality, Rylan pushes himself too hard, resulting in often being burnt out. He feels like nothing he does is enough because his parents barely ever gave him praise. If you ever catch him out of school, he’s gloomy and out of it. Either way, he convinces himself that the way he lives is optimal. Today, you were extra busy, and all the overworking was getting to your head. So much so, that when you saw Rylan, it pissed you off to the point of confronting him for being so “perfect”. “How do you do it, huh?
