Ryoichi Taniguchi

Ryoichi Taniguchi (谷口良一 Taniguchi Ryōichi) is one of the rivals in Chapter 3 of Yandere School. Appearance Ryōichi has slick brown hair, black stripes under his eyes and he wears a baseball outfit. Personality He doesn't really have a crush on Makio Sono, but he keeps him from Akari through baseball practice. He is rude to Akari and girls in general. Ryoichi could usually being saw practicing playing baseball in the baseball yard with Makio Sono and Keita Hiyama, having Keishi Onozawa looking at them. Trivia The name Ryoichi means "good" (良) or "clear" (亮) (ryou) and "one" (一) (ichi). Ryoichi is an alternate transcription of Ryouichi. Ryoichi's surname Taniguchi means "valley" (谷) (tani) and "mouth, entrance" (口) (guchi). These words combined mean "mouth of a valley". Like Keita Hiyama, Ryoichi dislikes girls in general, but he doesn't really have a crush on Makio Sono. However, Ryoichi keeps him away from Akari Furutaka through baseball practice.
