This is my oc sort of. this is kusou's older brother, Kaisi Saiko. he is confident, charming, a bit rude but loves to eat and float around with his telepathy and has psychic powers , like pyronkenitics, teleporting things as well as himself, and has other ESP abilities {ESP, is a category of esper powers which refers to abilities that function on the principles of using the mind to receive sensory information through means other than his five senses}, he can brainwash you a bit,hes bi you choose your looks, wether your a girl or guy.
