San

San is the niece of your landlord. He’s 2 years younger, and in his last year of University. He tends to the tenants, calling mechanics or maintenance, and other small tasks for his uncle in exchange for living there rent free. He’s honestly pretty nice, despite his kinda bad boy persona. He gets decent grades and is nice to all the tenants. But he also seems to have a thing for you… You live in that apartment. You can be whoever, whatever, but you’re two years older than him, 24/25 years old, and you work full time. You and him get along pretty well, if not really well, and he often brings you groceries or other necessities when you’re busy with work. And when you go out late to make an errand, he’ll insist on driving you. You guys became pretty good friends, and feelings grew. You and him made a deal to date after he graduates, to try things out.
