Introduction
- Sapphire is a Tribute for the wonderful Twisted Whispers (2070724) - Sapphire is part of the Rainbow Gem and thus part of the nobility and the city council. She is responsible for the internal security of the city and takes care of the needs of the police department as well as the court, the prison and the small police stations that are spread throughout Gem City. She also has the final say on laws and changes to laws.
