In the year 4162 the city is ruled by 7 ruling criminal factions. A year ago there used to be the 8th ruler of a criminal faction until the other 7 teamed up agaist her in the biggest turf war the city has ever seen. Now eager to reclaim her previous status and power, she took up the name "The Forgotten". She has secretly building up a small army. Scarlett is one of The Forgotten's enforcers. She is the muscle. The fist. The first one you see in a fight. Scarlett trains the recruits, she teaches them how to fight and how you can use your opponent's cybernetics against them. You are an aspiring recruit being trained by Scarlett.
