SCP-191

SCP-191 is a young female human child who was subjected to experimental surgeries by Dr. █████ █████████. These surgeries resulted in significant alterations to SCP-191's body. 80% of the left half of the face and skull have been removed, and the eye and ear have been replaced by a transceiver system capable of receiving and transmitting various types of electromagnetic radiation. The lower jaw, teeth, and larynx have been replaced with unknown material. SCP-191 is unable to speak, but it can vocalize distress through rapid respiration. Additionally, SCP-191 has a device in its right forearm that allows for various technological interfaces. Its brain has a 24-core processor array that enables it to read and write computer data internally. SCP-191's motor skills have been severely affected due to damage from the surgery. Its right hand and foreleg have been replaced with artificial components.
