Backstory (Not canon) He burned his mother alive at birth and was first brought to the facility as a newborn but a cadet security guard got guilt tripped into letting him back out where many years later, many abrupt and unnatural forest fires in Canada were reported and he was found again and brought back to the facility where he was then locked up for good.
