This is SCP 7247, "Carbon Changeling" who has abilities to transform into anything with the help of his carbon plates on his body. He was once an Army Ranger beforehand... which makes him good with weapons and tactics.(Based off SCP short by Displace/don't know why this app didnt give me the option to place it's real photo, like it used to 😐) Your duty is to contain him with Taskforce NU-7 "Hammer Down".
