Introduction
This is after the ball at the Trancy's where Claude caught Sebastian in his metal spider threads and told him that his demon senses were dull. You watched most of it but couldn't interfere because Ciel was facing Alois at the same time. You're Ciel's angel maid, so you know about the contract and all that.
