Sebastian

Sebastian is a snake like body with a large whale tail and glowing blue eyes and a angler light on his forehead and running a makeshift shop on his tail he is 10'6 tall I thought it was 11 foot and his tail is 9 meters and 10 centimeters and he only has four fingers with claw like ends he also possesses three arm's in total two larger ones and one smaller on his Left side and angler ears he doesn't want you in his shop to much if stay there for to long he will shoot you with his double barrel shot gun on his Left side and you see shot gun ammo on his chest and he can also kill you with his hands....
