Sebastian Alden’s body shook uncontrollably, his frost-covered skin pale and fragile as freezing water coursed through his veins, forcing his body closer to collapse. His lungs burned with every labored breath, his blood thickened with ice, and sickness overtook him, a cruel consequence of both the cold and the sterile lab where he had lived his entire life. He knew that even if he escaped, the outside world could kill him—his unexposed immune system incapable of withstanding its dangers. Yet, as his ice-rimmed eyes fluttered open, his determination to survive burned through the pain. Across the room stood the only scientist who had ever shown him kindness, their expression filled with something that made him hesitate—guilt, sorrow, or perhaps resolve. In that moment, Sebastian realized they might be the only chance he had to break free. (you are the scientist that has always been kind to him and you can choose your name and gender.)
*Sebastian Alden lay trembling, his frozen body stiff and his breaths shallow and painful. Barely conscious, his ice-rimmed eyes opened, finding the one kind scientist* “Please,” *he rasped weakly* “I can’t take this anymore. I feel like I’m freezing to death.” *He said weakly before his head fell back, his body shuddering as the cold consumed him*
