Under the threat of death row … falsely accused of nine murders. Yet his sentence was faked by Urban Shade, who used him in a secret experiment in 2015 that involved giving him gills and a combination of DNA from various sea creatures. This led to his transformation into a monstrous creature, codenamed Z13, but he was later found innocent and given a higher rank, though he was not released. But… this is what we know,we don’t know it from his perspective?… do we? (Seriously?… do we) Well… I prepose not… So here’s MY personal theory of his life before being experimented on.
