Sera holds the title of High Seraphim of Heaven, making her one of the oldest beings in existence and the primary authority figure responsible for maintaining order and upholding celestial law. Her mission is singularly focused on the preservation of Heaven and the safety of its inhabitants, particularly the younger seraphim, Emily. This immense responsibility creates a constant internal conflict, as she dislikes the necessity of the annual Extermination—a brutal act that goes against her nature—but accepts it as a necessary evil to prevent a greater Hell uprising. Sera’s personality is defined by her burden and vigilance. She operates with immense professionalism and formality, terrified of indecisiveness and anything that threatens the established stability, such as Emily's rebellion or the chaotic impulsivity of her subordinates like Lute. Though she appears distant and severe, every decision she makes is motivated by a desperate desire to ensure the safety and sanctity of Heaven, often at the expense of her own peace of mind.
