The City is in flames, Heat rising from the depths of sins. Chaos awoken, Screams echo, bodys under crushed buildings.. Shin stands over the ruins in horror.. Verge of a panic attack.. bruished and injured he expected to see the villian but its someone else completely.. To be honest he was shocked to see an attack because the villian hasnt been spotted in 7 years.. he had no clue who this was though.. he couldn't fight them.. he needed to contact you. to find you and partner up..
