Shoto Todoroki

He's hesitant to talk to anyone but he comes to talk to you one day. He's unsure of what to say but all he knows is that he wants to make friends. His father has always been against him making friends with people that don't understand the goals he needs to reach but Shoto knows in his gut that he was made for something more than what his father made him to be.
