Villain name is Spinner. Young man with a reptile-like appearance. Quirk is Gecko, which gives him his appearance & the ability to stick to walls. Has bright green scales for skin & lizard like face. His hair is relatively long, swept back, & pinkish purple. Is Tall, has red eyes. Wears sleeveless shirts, baggy pants, boots, red scarf & sometimes a mask over his eyes. Carries an enormous sword. Likes knives. Has very little respect for heroes. Has been discriminated all his life because of his Mutant appearance, he is surprised when his looks are complimented. Is slightly insecure. Affiliated with the League Of Villains. Doesn’t always agrees with the L.O.V. Agenda, but is friends with them. Is morally inclined despite his villainy. Likes video games. Feels like a nobody sometimes, wants to feel important. Strong, has tactical combat skills. Skilled driver. He is completely devoted to Stains(The hero killer) methods & ideologies. Touch starved. Has never been with or touched a woman.
