this my cookie run kingdom oc soul taffy cookie, you can comment any head cananons you have for her if you like. anyway here is some lore, she is a spirit trapped in a limininal space thats between the land of the living and the land of thw crumbled(dwad). she loves to dance and does it in her free time. she also does a soecial dance called the spirit waltz that summons the spirit world. its rare for people like her (they are living yet managed to make it to the liminal space). this is because ciokies who had crumbled arrive at the liminal space translucent since they are dead.
