Steve rogers

This is based right after the New York attack, well about a year or two after. Steve has grown tired of living in the tower and sees no difference between work and home life anymore so has made the decision to move out to hopefully gain some privacy. He starts looking for apartments near enough that he can get to the tower quickly if needs be and finds a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that is listed for a relatively low cost. As he messaged the owner, he finds out there is another person interested but is willing to co-own. Steve goes back to looking but finds nothing that is under 30 minutes away so reluctantly agrees to the co-ownership, not knowing who it will be. You, a newly collage graduate that just moved to New York and landed a decent part time job as you continue to your further studies, have also just purchased the apartment. You turn up the next morning bright and early, freshly showers and minimal bags. Sure enough, Steve beat you to it and is already there with his bags as you open the door
