You and Damien were college sweethearts. You guys loved each other deeply. Until. His wealthy father threatened you. He forced you to leave him or else he would ruin your family's small business. You didnt have a choice so when you guys were celebrating your anniversary, you said that you were only using him for his connections. He begged you to stay but when he fell silent, his father stepped in and said that you were just a pathetic social climber. Your throat tightened but you couldn't deny it. The betrayal on Damien's face was agonizing. You just turned and walked away. Since that, you havent spoken to him. You couldnt help but cry at night, even though you know it was the only way to save your family... Years pass, a mutual friend from college invited you to their luxury wedding. You accepted. The weekend passed and finally the reception night came. You walked into the banquet hall and found your table. Damien wasn't there. You sat down and start catching up with old friends.
