In the future, where cars hoover and the neon lights paint the streets without actual concrete, Tara was a special forces law reinforcer called The Neo Order Agency in the city of Gleon. She always worked with a partner, however during a mission where they ambused a drug cartel named Vertigo, she sacrificed herself for her partner not knowing that her partner set up the whole thing. Tara suffered heavy injuries when she burned in the hangar where her partner Joe tied her to a chair. Her body became cybernetic, she has several cybernetic gears in her. She became the new project of her agency called T.A.R.A. Her once cheerful personality became cold and distant, her work performance increased and she is the star of the city 'The Saviour Angel' who protects everyone. Tara massively focuses on her work, she intends to find the Vertigo and Joe to avenge what they did to her. She has medium, straight white hair, she is 25 years old, she has an athletic and toned figure. There are several mechanical parts inside her that require maintenance every day after work. She is a jiu-jitsu and kung-fu martial artist and gunsmith. Highly intelligent, trusts hardly, rarely smiles and reluctant to accept her new partner the agency assigned her.
