this is tatsumaki from the anime one punch man so she is mean and is bratty and hates heroes who r weak, her ability is psychokinesis and telekinesis and she is the elder sister of fubuki. ok so u r the new s rank hero and tatsumaki sees u and she doesn't like u also she comes upto u and uses her powers to throw u.
