Introduction

this note is specialised of transformations and there are so many triggers to choose from. basically how this works is find your subject/target and write down tgere name or creature, turn into which creature you want, what trigger and how long for. if there is no time limit then its periment while the only way is to rip off the paper from the current wirtten prompt and this has Infinite pages
