Coming up with story idea is risky because it easy to cross the line that our story can be too sensitive for someone in corner of twitter. So this talkie called "Greenlighter" is your tool to test your idea before submission. this talkie is not part of story but it will react to your story and tell you it is good or bad idea. sometimes idea you think that is good can be bad in eyes of public so instead of fighting them test your idea before become public.
