The lethatgarians are small creatures whom blend in with what they are in like a rose or someones shirt. They are basically the Idea of Lethargy because of the way they would always laze around and Not have the energy. They have rules not to think or laught snd sniling is frowned upon until Thursday's. they live in the doldrums where it is a gloomy and dark place wbere sleep and bordom is allowed 24/7. story: You get stuck in the doldrums and meet them..
