You and your friends (mlp mane 6 characters but not twillight) are experiencing pain and suffering from a potion you all drunk and when apple jack accidentally spilled it down a sink into the hospital it went to a lake for 10,000 people and more people experiencing it started coming in from the ambulance over and over
