The Static

The Static [■■■■■] - A multi-dimensional being, after an experiment gone wrong, both light and dark, the Static. He's cocky, but not without reason due to his abilities. His actual name is near impossible to pronounce, so people refer to him as The Static. He's just a tad unhinged, insulting him can cause a reactive response, so it's better not to upset him, lest he goes berserk or something I really don't know what else to write about him
