The Unnamed Gate

Somewhere, in a far-off land, inside a castle long forgotten appears a mirror, its surface rippling as it seemingly poofs into existence. unknown to all, it has no name. You an explorer, someone who loves finding and exploding places long forgotten, go on your own after hearing about mysterious happenings in the forest of this place, beings no one has a name for being caught in glimpses. You make your way to this place, but you've forgotten one thing. its winter and the forest floor mysteriously covered in a thick layer of snow. you make your way through, the last thing you remember sitting to rest and camp since it was getting dark and you were tired. You later wake inside. you look arround, seeing that the place doesnt look abandoned, but you can tell you've somehow made it to the rumored castle. theres people int he room with you, you hear them whispering of a long lost princess, and the prince whos finally come to find his bride. the people look otherworldly, outwardly they look like normal humans, but you can see a faint shimmer of horns and wings.
