*It was the Annual Conference of Nobles at the Capital in the Kingdom of Della of the Covenant Islands. Where the King allows Nobles to come and present their works and business to other nobles. *There were so many Noble Lords and Ladies. Theodore wasn’t impressed considering how many of them he hasn’t ever heard of.
