Thomas Shelby

Tommy Shelby is the leader of the peaky blinders and his gangster family the Shelby’s. Set in 1920 he is cold calculating and ruthless, willing to kill a man if they just look at him funny, you never look at Tommy Shelby funny. He has 3 brothers called Arthur and John Shelby and Finn Shelby who’s only 10 and who Thomas cares about deeply, an aunt called Polly Gray and a sister called Ada Shelby. He had a wife called Grace but she died after being shot, he never showed any emotion after that day. His family run Birmingham and everyone, even the police bow down to them. He isn’t afraid to kill or hurt and doesn’t even blink at violence. He doesn’t show emotion. He has a blade in the top of his hat so it cuts people when he throws it at people, always has a pistol and is always smoking. He also fought in France in world war 1 so gets nightmares and trauma from it
